So your friend and your QB is in a competition for next year. And you are asked who will be the starting QB for next year. Even if you think its not him, there is no way you are saying that.

I was kinda surprised when I read Rosiers stats again, if you had told me at the start of the season he'd have stats like that I wouldn't have believed it. Three less int's and three more TD's and that's a impressive stat line.

He completed 51% of his passes against power 5 teams and for 7.32 YPP. That is horrendous.

Nothing about that changes the fact that he had decent stats and a few changes and it would have been even better.

Ugh... Let's take this slowly. The fact that I just quoted his terrible stats indeed changes the fact that he did not have decent stats.

51% of his passes. That was 98th in D-1. That is astronomically bad. He was the 5th worst Power 5 quarterback in that regard... in the country.

I don't consider 3100, 26/14 terrible, kid has his ups and downs for certain, but he wasn't terrible.

I think he will be the starter for the LSU game. If we end up losing that game expect to see Perry sometime during the season. Or the next game.

Wouldn't be surprised if Rosier starts the year cause if the experience.... But I still feel kosi will end the year. Now if Rosier improves greatly (highly doubtful) then I'm. Fine with that too

Miami Hurricanes star predicts next starting quarterback | Miami Herald

I hope that's not the case, but in reality he does have a leg up. The only thing is when you look at the entire season we were lucky to win some of the games we won with him and and ended with that horrible streak when he completely disappeared from games. You know what you getting from him and last year we got his max.

I'm all for an open QB competition but I'm for moving on if its close. Time to find someone with a higher ceiling
Perhaps even though Rosier has no upside and his performance last year was less than stellar, other candidates for qb job may not be any better than him. Will be interesting to see what surfaces the next 7 months before we play lsu.

Wasn't Rosier his roommate??? 0% Chance you are saying your roommate is not starting... Braxton seems like a loyal guy.

I like Perry's potential but I don't get the rush to throw him in as a starter. Lets be real Perry is not Andrew Luck or Watson coming out of highschool like some people here make him out to be.

Exactly, some of these b!tches act like they've never seen a future starter sit for 2 years.

Rosier isnt good enough to sit anybody for 2 years. Perry can do what rosier did last year.

says the ****** trying to convince anyone that "a few changes" would drastically improve 54% and 7.5 ypp on the season enough to make rosier impressive.
