Deserves to be in there. Numbers on the field aren’t eye popping but dude is an amazing Hurricane and also has been great in the classroom. I think he is the perfect selection from what is otherwise a forgetful time in our footbal history.

I love Berrios and that kid has been and always will be a Cane but if you put every Cane that had his achievements on the ring of honor you’d need the 7 rings of Saturn to have enough room..lol

maybe not ring of honor..but dude should never have to pay for dinner or drinks in the comapny of canes fans

It sucks that Berrios was flagrantly misused by the previous staff. Berrios *should* make conference all-american honors with the season he's having. But to make the ring of honor, Berrios would've had to have success similar to what he's had in previous seasons. I still think he'll be a productive player at the next level, but he's not making the Ring of Honor given the waste of his first two seasons here.

The kid was a perfect example of what a student athlete sgould be and one **** of an ambasador for the U. He bled green and orange and represented the Canes and heart and class. I would love for him to someday make it in!!

Good player that turned into a monster his Senior year.

He will be talked about as a great example of how hard work, determination, and a competitive drive can make the difference between a depth player and a starting captain.

Rusty Medearis is cut from the same cloth.

He's our version of Rudy. Only cool. And not offsides.

...And probably bangs 3 brazillian hotties after the game.

Don't know about the Ring, but hopefully after a productive NFL career, he can come back to the university and be one of our honored alumni welcomed on the sidelines.

Reggie Wayne, Santana Moss, Andre Johnson and Devin Hester aren't in the ring of honor yet and you want to put Berrios?

Who's next Phillip Dorsett? Hankerson? Tommy Streeter?

Initially, he was misused by this staff.
