Here is why I’m bullish on Bell and not writing him off yet like many on CIS have and already declared him trash. Ya’ll may disagree, and that’s fine. I welcome the discussion. We have seen this exact same story before with Rivers. What many of you are saying now, is the exact same thing many said about Rivers prior to the 2023 season, myself included. Well, we were all wrong. “He doesn’t have the feet for Tackle”. “I don’t like him on the outside and he isn’t an LT”. Our only hope is that he's still a bit ungainly - yes he's shutting people down, but he's doing it with size and technique rather than being extremely graceful.

Maybe the scouts knock his grade because he doesn't fit the prototype - a bit like they're going to knock Bain's grade.

Bell, Fletcher, Moten. Said it earlier. They keep playing the way they have been, they're gone. And to me that's just fine because they've put us in a position to be national champs. Win/win.
