About 70 and no humidity, the locals are very friendly, lots of Canes fans here, all in all a great night. Actually had a local come up to our group and thank us for coming.

A few stores have "it sucks to be u" posters, but most have "welcome to the U" signs.

Should be a nice atmosphere at the game.

We need our young players to get used to hostile road games before we play ND and Virginia Tech.

Their fans are delusional if they think they're going to win though. We are not Lloyd Carr era Michigan

Won't be there til tomorrow, but I was thrilled to see the forecast. Can't beat 73 in the mountains.

Lloyd Carr was the Michigan corch when App State beat them.
 
I love college football for that reason. You go to some of these small college towns and you get a taste of the real nature of college ball. I am not surprised you are being treated well. Going to an college away game is like anything else in life: don't be a **** and most people will treat you well.

Oops my bad. Yea I would hope Richt has us more prepared than Carr did that day
 
Let's see how nice the bumpkins are when they're liquored up on some rotgut moonshine and Richt is still passing late in the 4th quarter trying to put up 75 on em.
 
I already got into a fight with some neck. We slugged it out pretty good. Cops showed up and neither of us got arrested thankfully. They made is shake hands and agree to just go our own way. Really cool of the local cops because I thought I was going to the hole being the out of towner knocking the **** out of a local.

If we're blowing them out, they'll all just leave. They don't sell alcohol at the stadium so if the game gets out of hand either way, people will be gone in the 2nd half.

True story. Franchise put a hurtin on that guy. Not sure what a little person could've possibly done to get franchise so mad, but he definitely did something.
