Beason excited about Canes...gives his perspectives on QB choices

only IF he earns it. no one is handed the job and idc what his star ranking was.

He's winning the strength and conditioning part, Perry was slightly ahead of Tate after spring training. But, Tate has made everyone focus in on their craft and become more alert of what it takes to be a qb for Miami.

90% of our black fanbase want Kosi. That is pretty clear. Whether on here or twitter you'll find about 1 out of every 10 has Tate as their favorite.

As far as what Beason said, he just reiterated the reports that came out of spring practice. He said Kosi looked the best way to for 15 min in practice. We all know that. Tate's trajectory starting with the best spring game until fall camp has been the best out of any of the QBs.

You don't have it all mentally. Beason watched more than a 15 minutes of practice.

Which is why i'm back at square one, which is put Martell in and let's see what he can do. If Perry is a team player like he claims he is, he can watch Tate from the sidelines and show me he is a team player. Don't run and transfer like a lil sissy, be a man and show face.
But isn't that what Tate did?

Interesting that you stated that 90% of our black fans want Perry to start. Can you advise me how you are able to identify who are the black posters on cis?

Did you read this before you posted? asking for a friend...

urban also chose to keep him third string had joe burrow not transferred to LSU. i hope hes as good as this site makes him out to be bc the canes will be better for it, but we all need to relax on this hype considering the two of the 3 QBs on this roster have barely played in their college careers.
This^^^^^^^.check our history 82,85 comes to mind same opponent we face Aug 24.it was just those qbs first game against a quality opponent.whoever is our starting qb let's not put too much pressure on them to light it up out the gate.let them get comfortable allow them to develop into the qb we need them to be.

What I'm really concerned about is if JW doesn't win. He's been the most polished pure passer QB since he's arrived on campus. He's probably gotten better under Enos. If he doesn't win, he goes off and becomes a really good QB for another power 5 AFTER he's been molded by UM...

Good point...very good point. I'm only concerned with Miami. I trust Urban Meyers assessment of Tate Martell (Yuck because I didn't like him at Floriduh or Taint State). But, Urban is a win at all cost type of guy so I know Tate wouldn't be there if he didn't have the goods.

LOL at thinking beason wateched only the media portion.

All I know is I don't want Tate coming here playing like Robert Marve...I say no thanks to that. He seems to have outworked anything Robert Marve was trying to do here years ago.
