Be Like Mike, Don't Be Like The Herd!

I agree 100 percent, The fans your are talking about want to burn down the program with the reasoning we will just go out and get the hottest named coach, Matt Campbell, Brian Brohm . Burning down the program will pretty much end this program. We haven't been relevant in 18 years, we would be lucky to get any decent coach

Why do you assume that getting rid of cmr is going to destroy the program more than keeping him? His supporters could be the ones destroying the program.

We do have some moron fans. Take that stupid ******* banner, for example.

But NOTHING is as stupid as a Gator fan. Nothing.

If you made that comment a number of years back I would have been all in concerning your point, but today I am hard pressed to believe even the Gators are in a league with the mindless herd. By the way, I am loyal 50-year Gator Hater. ****, they attack Mark Richt for his faith and want to destroy his son knowing how much he loves his son to get him to resign. There are topflight scumbags that would be offended by that behavior.

Look, I agree with you, when one doesn't understand the meaning of words and becomes confused when reading instructions for idiots it gives readers, such as yourself, "Head Cramps" (thank you **** "Night Train" Lane)!.

You can't reason with the manic Herd. No independent thinking, only bobblehead agreement and efforting to out hate one another hoping to be praised like spoiled children.

For decades Florida Gator fans have been unanimously considered to be a collection of wingnuts. The press laughed at and ridiculed them, as did recognized college football experts and ordinary fans from across the country. Year-in and year-out the Gators fanbase were voted the worst and most obnoxious in college football. Back in the day, they were known as the team with a "Notre Dame ego and a Wake Forrest record."

Yet, while the Gator fanbase is still of the same caliber, the NEW BREED of so-called Canes fans have accomplished the impossible by pole vaulting over the Gators in a record-breaking fashion when demonstrating an unprecedented lack of knowledge, immaturity, obnoxious/overblown and absurd opinions.

The infantile flying of banners will accomplish several things. One being, going forward, quality recruits and their family's will have nothing to do with the Canes football program. And future qualified head coaches and assistant coaches (In some way more important than the head man) will avoid the program like the plague.

Most importantly, the same type of self-proclaimed football geniuses flew banners and attacked Butch Davis, that turned out to be one of the major components in his decision to leave the program when his wife reminded him how the so-called fans attacked and vilified him, and she adroitly cautioned him they would do the same in the future if he didn't win every game. While his move didn't have the outcome Butch had hoped for, with certainty he too would have eventually been destroyed by the herd.

History has an ugly way of repeating itself, especially by pint-sized brained people who commit the same mistakes over and over again, and never learn from previous mistakes/disasters.

Finally, these calls to fire Mark Richt have now little to do with making the team better, but have evolved into a mob brandishing pitchforks and knives **** bent on destroying the man, along with his family.

No those of with a sense of reality know that while Richt needs to fix the mess , Hes the best man for the job ,Others who live in another universe believe coachs would flock to Miami and this job is a top flight job. Miami footballs been irelevent for 18 years no top tier coach is coming here no money a down program.

Lol.

These white knight fanatics think when fans complain that we want competence, we want the program burned down; yet, these @$$holes are burning down the program by continuing to justify and support incompetence. Lol #theirony
And what coach do you suggest we hire?

Have to love the holier than thou attitudes of some here that do not recognize 1 more incompetent coaching staff. . Richt is getting seemingly more heat because this has been going on way to many years. His 3rd season when 75% of the players are his recruits he has his worst season. Next years recruiting class a disaster even before our losing streak. Does anyone seriously believe this anemic ancient offense is attractive to recruits.. Three 4 game losing streaks in 3 seasons.. Only 9 in our whole history. All are entitled to their opinions but nothing I have seen from this staff gives me encouragement for future seasons.

Serious changes need to be made on the offensive staff. You can support Richt all you want but his offense is not working and it's driving off recruits. Blake James and the BOT should not have to force his hand for changes to happen. He has to be transparent with himself and see that he is holding this program back.

As much as a lot of us want Richt gone, he's going to get at least one more year. He has to make the right changes to quell the masses calling for his head. There can be no more losing streaks. If we drop a game here or there it's fine but these streaks have become a trend. It's on Richt to at least show the fans, recruits, and players he can adapt.
