Rumor Baylor HC Job is enticing to Dawson

I hope Dawson stays at least one more season, but hard for teams not to start throwing some serious dough his way with the offensive production UM has had the past 3 seasons.

I kinda like Seth Doege. Arizona has improved drastically in both rushing and passing since he started calling plays. Fifita looks like a new man in that offense....

I think if he wanted to be a head coach he would be one today. Just likely hasn't found a spot he wants. Maybe Baylor meets enough of what he is looking for. I don't see it

Figured out after one season and left.

The NFL doesn't work that way with coaches.
 
The grass ain't always greener. That goes for Dawson and Miami. He might get an offer that he can't turn down. If he goes, Mario has to make a great hire. Too much incoming talent to have a drop off
