Bauman

You also don’t know what the call was in the huddle. Maybe there was a miscommunication. Again, I’m not excusing the effort, but people are acting like he’s the reason we lost the game. That’s just not true.

They score on this play and we lost by a score. An argument can certainly be made. But an earlier comment you made, he didn't just make a bad play...he hasn't done much of anything this season. For a TE, he has Mr. Smithers hands. I don't like going after players and I agree we shouldnt on a message board, but this was a bad pick up and it's hard to find the value in his production.

We lost the special teams battle by 10 points. You won’t beat the #1 team doing that.

Sad thing is, pretty sure Lofton is usually in that spot. Never thought losing Lofton would play out like that.
Bruised sternum according to our resident doctor, should have played.

Lineman can't chase and tackle - i hate when linemen are used back there.

You can't have 3 upmen and allow your punter to roll right if the blockers don't angle that way or roll with him. Bauman whiffed on the block but he probably didn't expect the punter to be way over there either. It's a bad formation and worse execution. Blame all around. Bauman's was just the most obvious and worst of the 3.
I was telling my coworker that all the Aussie punters angle off to the right. That was all on Bauman. He had one job and failed.

Me either tbh but **** this guy
I don't know what's going on in his head, but the result on the field is for all to see, and I hate to say it, looks like lazy trash - like he is mechanical in effort, but blind in reality. Perhaps "unawareness" is more palatable, but I revert to the original description. And I've seen his Tulane highlights. Where is THAT ****? He doesn't look to fight for passes, win contested catches and, quite literally, has NO peripheral vision it seems. Dafuq?
