There’s a different level of portal talent they’re bringing in this year.

Less question marks, more production. Less Sagapolu, Ladson, Lichtenstein type guys and more Mesidor types.

Aka proven guys that were among the best players on their teams and conference.

While there are still a ton of gaps to fill and we’re not getting the quantity we wanted, the level of play has clearly been elevated. Not really any question marks so far.

Watched a little of his film looks quick and uses hands well. Will be solid and can hopefully hold up against the run. Probably better than LT56 but that will upset a lot of ppl here. Dude is a consistent contributor the last few years for Purdue. Should finish with 20+ tackles and a few sacks.
He’s a good college player and very active.

someone help me out with this kid. I see another undersized portal DT. What's the scouting report here?
is 6'2 290 really "undersized" in college football? i'm sure the staff could easily throw 10 pounds on him by the beginning of the season but I feel like the board wants a 350 pound dt who plays 2 snaps and is done for half a quarter rather than these 'near' 300 pound studs we've been targeting/landing
