Barry Jackson update

So all this talk about wanting to be competitive again was just smoke up our ***. Its gonna be Schiano & it will be Blake James's *** on the line. Hes a dead man walking if he hires Schiano.

It might be...apparently he was the first to break the firing of Richt on that website...says he's a friend of the family...

It's no different than the myriad of other links, tweets, posts, and opinions expressed on this Board over the past 24 hours. Give it no weight if you wish. He sounds credible to me given that most Georgia fans are focused on Richt's replacement and don't give a fugg about where he will land...but ya never know...
 
BTW, to my knowledge, he was also the first person today to break the news of a meeting between Richt and Blake and describe where it was to take place...

UM as predicted, is going to fawk up this hire. Nobody has done less with more than Mark Richt. Top preseason rankings. Top 5 recruiting classes and has done zero in the SEC East which has been down forever. **** Missouri has been more relevant than UGA.
Mullen comes in and Kaaya will pack his bags right away. Forget about keeping the elite offensive talent in this class.
Give me Schiano or Davis. At least Schiano has an angry persona that will resonate through our team. Butch Davis is available and UM and James are going to fawk it up. Season tickets sold will be minimal if they hire anyone besides Butch Davis. Fawk you Blake James. Go home and fawk your own face.
 
So if year after year, Richt's teams don't meet preseason expectations, is that more of an indictment on those preseason expectations? Let's be honest, Richt wasn't fired for constantly underachieving, he was fired for the same reason Les Miles was almost fired: for not being Nick Saban and Alabama. The ***** envy within the SEC is thick (pun intended). So if you prefer Butch over Richt, I'm fine with that, but please don't act like Richt is beneath us.

I'm playing the cards we are being dealt. Schiano, according to UM, is a viable option.
