With as bad a situation as QB room was in, the Richt's didn't see fit to recruit anyone to make it better and would of rolled into next season with maybe, maybe 2 QB's both prone to immaturity and suspension.

It was still Richt fault. Nkosi not being prepared was a direct result of the lack of accountability on Richts end.

Whatever went on offense last great is on Mark Richt.

We still might end up in the same situation, yeah peyton was added, and tate might not get the waiver, and coach richt and crew had a qb recruit/transfer that might have come in, but coach richt was going to ride with the guys he recruited, he didnt mind taking on the growing pains and seeing tgem thru maturity, stayed True to what he told their families while recruiting them. Me personally, i had no problem with that approach, one of his recruits still might win the starting job. Coach richt's has primarily been a 3rd year qb guy, his mission was accomplished, in perry and cade as well having williams in the hole, not as bad as it seemed.

Of course he has a part to play in it, but im sure he didnt expect guys to waste their opportunities like they did last year, like i said before coach richt rolled out, the switch was starting to come on for perry. He's embarrased by his stats, he felt like he was better than rosier, and his game stats said otherwise, got humbled, and the ladies let em know about it, they want a champion down here not a scrub, just being on the team is not good enuff!
 
Perry and Cocaine Cade were both on course to get booted. Give them each a clean slate and 3 strikes. If those same patterns persist then an example can be made of them.
 
My 2 cents:

  • SMH at Jon and Mark
  • Perry can go. He may improve but he'll never have the maturity, leadership, and work ethic to bring us a ship
  • Cade, just lol
  • Williams has talent and i think he wins the job if Tate doesnt get the waiver but he's got some serious work to do. No more excuses and whining. Shut the **** up and work or transfer out
  • Love this Matocha kid. Already has better work ethic, maturity, and leadership than the 3 above. Let's see what he turns into in 3 years
  • Tate is the one with the real potential to win us a ship. Yes he's ****y and prob a prick at times, but the dude just has the "It" factor imo.
 
We all can agree the maturity wasn’t there with Weldon, Perry, Williams last year.

Young guys, young guys in South Florida makes mistakes here and there. Coach Diaz has put the QB room on notice and this is the adversity they need.

The maturation we are looking for is possibly happening day by day. How they overcome the adversity of new arms and new accountability with the QB room will show who is ready to be QB1 at QBU!!!

That article (and its related quotes) is a scary glimpse into what we had going on last year. It's the football program version of "The Carter" from New Jack City. Is a game like Wisconsin even a surprise? The fact we won 7 games is more and more of a surprise. Even though we probably should have won 10 or 11. Waste of a **** season, but it'll be worth it if we lucked out with Diaz/Enos.

Exactly man, coach richt was raising them boys like real coaches do, put tuff luv on em and protected them, had they messed up this year coach richt wouldnt have been as lenient with 3rd year guys.
 
The QB room was a small sample of the Offensive side of the ball under Richt.... a case and point for the HC to be a CEO and not a faux O coordinator ..

I agree to a certain extent. I know Sam Bruce and dionte Mullens has baggage and he set the tone with dismissing them year one.

I’m no insider so I don’t know the severity of the infractions minus the porno to know If it warranted the leniency Richt gave the QB room.
