He’s recruited two guys in two years and his dad helped him recruit those guys. Meanwhile our QB play had been subpar. He doesn’t deserve a spot here and it’s obvious to anyone who even glances at his coaching resume.

Mark wasnt with jon camping out to get perry back in the class. Mark wasnt with him when he jumped on a plane on a friday night before a game on saturday to see williams.

I like how some people think if Jon wasn't his son, he would be employed here. I am glad his next oldest son is into music and not football.

I am beyond glad. Little jon should be the qb coach at an FCS school.

You are correct. We should fire Bandy, he obviously can't recruit DBs. And he certainly can't coach them.

What are the "obvious issues"? And who are the "current coaches that can't cut it"?

Seriously. Go and take a look at Karl Scott's biography, and you tell me if he (in isolation) is a part of a "championship quality staff"?

It's about players, and player development. I have never been a fan of Rosier. We fell behind in RB recruiting. We need to do more to get another grad transfer defensive lineman and defensive back.

In 2018, we should absolutely win the Coastal with either 1 or 0 losses overall. The talent level and depth has gotten better every year.

But yet we have a bunch of mopes who sit around and talk about a couple of other schools and/or a couple of other coaches.

It's time to shut the fvck up. The die is cast. These are our coaches and these are our players. We are obviously rolling with what we have for 2018 (with maybe a couple of grad transfers). The coaches have to put 110% of their focus on development. Get into the ears of Bethel and Miller and tell them how everyone else thinks they are terrible.

It's time to take the leash off of the offense, as we did with the defense last year. No more being terrified of interceptions. No more running boring off-tackle crap because we are terrified of RB injuries.

Let the SoFla kids play like SoFla kids do.

Mullet is already flopping. Willieboy will not "do something".

We still have some big boys to supplant in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Our W-L record has improved for 2 straight years under Richt.

Our recruiting ranking has improved for 3 straight years under Richt.

But, instead, people are screaming about firing position coaches (with nobody lined up to take the available jobs).

This is a thread about hiring Barrow, not about slamming Rumph.

Mullets and Willies transition class is already better then Richts.

Asuming you were replying to my reply. Have to disagree. We have been less than mediocre for over 10 years and the last 2 coaches burned bridges all over our recruiting grounds. All of this has allowed the Alabamas to come in and establish a recruiting hib. Plus we were just coming off sanctions and dont have the luxury of any protection from the NCAA the way that an SEC school does. These kids grew up seeing Florida and FSU being dominent. Richt had a tougher situation walking in than Mullet or Willie. That was the past though. I like our future much better than those schools. Time to own Fl now

I know what it takes to play at the professional level, I know what it takes to dominate at the college level. I actually know how to coach professional QBs.
