I am hoping this lull is due to the Thanksgiving-induced food comas. A week or two ago after the loss at GT and this would've been funded in a few short hours. But we beat a sub-500 VT team and we're back to slobbing on rix's nob. SMH. It's called Stockholm Syndrome.

I am good to match the next $80. Pocket is tight right now (closed on our first house this week) and the wife might--no, will for sure--yell at me for throwing down $100 in the middle of our move, but *** it. I want this done. I want to tell motherfockers on Saturday, "Hey ****, you see that banner? I helped fund that schit! *** RICHT. GET THAT BUM OUT OF HERE! MAKE THE U GREAT AGAIN!! BRING BACK BUTCH!!"

So the next $80 from you gets us to $470. Let's get this done by noon tomorrow!

It wasn't the worst decision in the world AT THE TIME.. it got us Ring #5. The team was already championship caliber. Should've been in the BCS game that very year against OU. Seemed prudent AT THE TIME to hire someone who could conceivably continue where Butch left off and not change a whole lot on a team that was already clicking.
 
We're up to $330 + my matching $20 = $350. Thanks to whoever just donated! Was starting to feel bleak around here after not seeing that needle move for 6+ hours.

Flying banners is dumb. Because it isn't enough.

I don't get how you guys don't realize this but the AD/Admin is out of touch and just doesn't care. You could fly 50 banners, they don't do anything.

I'm not sure what regular fans can do, but banners are just a waste. The BOT, rich people sitting inside of suites when these banners are flying are he only ones who can force change. You have to do something that influences them
 
I do not think now is the time to fly the banner. We got what we wanted, Rosier has been benched, Kosi taking the reigns. I could give a **** less about any pussies that wanna transfer, it happens to every coach, at every school, every year.

He knows what changes he has to make this offseason, and I just want them to finish with two wins so I would rather just support then through that.

This. Plus, what real coach would ever want to come here if fans are already flying banners before year 3 even ends?

Look, I'm not anything close to a MR slurper but we have to give the guy this offseason to correct everything on the offensive side. Flying banners right now would be really dumb.

Go read Barry Jackson article on the BOT memeber. He specifically said there is not as much backlash as when Al Golden was the head coach, the board of trustees understand the issue on offense and want change but believe that is Blake’s job to initiate change and insist/make richt hire new offensive coaches.

With that said Blake and the BOT are money driven if they see the fans are on the same page for a change on the offense as they are then Richt would be digging his own grave if he did not do anything. Not firing No D is what got Al Golden in the hot seat to begin with.

I personally like the message of we want change on offense, broadcast it out then the ball is in richts court. If he is crazy enough not to make a change next year will be his last at Miami.
