Banda popin’ off at the Fan Base

just put your sloppy shoes & red nose on.

Anyone that think our safety play has been the best unit doesn’t know Jack **** about football.

Last season if you ranked the defensive players on this team you could make an argument for 1) Willis 2) Redwine 3) Jaquan.

The year before Jaquan had a phenomenal year.

Defensive line had the best depth and a ton of great overall players, but our two safties last year played great football and cleaned up a ton of messes the front seven left them.

Calm down dude.

If you guys think this, just stop watching football. It has been our DL. It’s not even close. LMAO at this BS propaganda you guys keep spewing.

Jaquan led this team in tackles three straight years. He was arguably our best defensive player his Junior year and he and Redwine had a great 2018.

Willis was the best overall player last year but our two safties had awesome seasons.

So Jaquan, a Dade County legend for his incredible football ability his entire life, is a Ted Lange creation? Come on, fella. Does Pat Jones get the credit for making Thurman Thomas and Barry Sanders?

You know what man. Let me ease up on the man. All he’s doing is doing the best job that he can & while it might not be to the standard of the past..he’s not making guys worse.

hopefully he gets to the level of a Corey Raymond or T Robb

So Banda is only responsible for Knowles while Jaquan, Redwine, Colbert, Carter and Rayshawn Jenkins all balled out here on their own by harkening back to the teachings of the great Paul Williams and Mark D'nofrio.

Oh and Gurvan Hall? That's right, he goes to Rumph for his coaching.

Come on dude, you're better than that kind of cherry picking.

Colbert??? Colbert played CB here, and only played about 8 games due to injuries.

Carter and Jenkins? Banda was an actual coach for about a year when he inherited those guys. He gets zero credit for anything they’ve done in their lives unless they now know the mysterious panoply of liquors that combine to form the Long Island Iced Tea.

Gurvan Hall is another phenomenal talent who would succeed anywhere.

I’m not one who buys into this magic sauce of coaches at certain positions that rely so much on pure talent. You can’t call a guy a genius for creating Jaquan and then overlook his inability to do anything with Knowles or to get Gurvan coached up enough to take Knowles’s reps last year when knowles was blowing worse than an epileptic hooker.

Coach Lange is a coach with zero pedigree who does an average job recruiting for purportedly being someone that everyone loves. He’s ok. He’s like the program. He’s just ok.

not surprising in manny's system. doesn't mean our DB have been the best unit. i think it goes easily to the DL.

He coaches safeties, recruits players, & builds relationships with the families of players regardless of their position. He’s a very positive & good man to have representing our program.

now you and dsdcane are contradicting each other
