Banda on the sidelines during games

Yeah I saw that too. Quite frankly he was getting a little overboard lmao; I can see every once in awhile but dude was going straight roid rage on every other play.

Simp who complains that his girl's pu55 is too wet and that "all she wants to do is suck me up"
Excellent analogy.

What would u rather have some lame dud on the sidelines no emotion? Come on man just be excited we have a staff that shows as much enthusiasm and energy as out players

Players feed off that and take on the personality of their coaches

I want it... don't wait till after the game when it's to late to fix... Make them understand your not playing that's coaching. I don't get some of you

I rather see emotion from coaches that way I know it's the players who are not following direction.

After having Golden coaching for 5 years I'm not surprised there are still fans in existence that think it's a bad thing to get jacked up for football games. Heaven forbid anybody rises to the occassion

You and Broke are cut from the same cloth.

A nut rag.

I love it. We have something to be excited about. This defense is our hope for a return. Coaches getting mad and excited is good. We are no longer trying to be a thinking man's defense. We are trying to be violent!

If you find it annoying, don't watch cakface.

You sound like a bītch complaining about being annoyed, like you're on your period
Lol, ok.

Ignore that dude. He runs around the board with his skirt on being offended by everything and then crying like a 15 yr old girl. He offers up nothing because he knows even less about football. So he weasels his way out by calling dudes names so he doesn't need to talk about anything football related.

That fiery rah-rah stuff only works if the kids believe in you, and it's clear that the kids have bought in, but fiery doesn't always equate to success. Belichick doesn't yell and scream, he teaches, and so many people mistake yelling for coaching.

Imagine if somebody stood over you at work all day screaming and yelling every step of the way. You've got to figure out a way to communicate effectively. Nothing wrong with being intense, just channel that energy in a way that gets the best out of somebody long-term.

Your taking what I said and adding on several layers but that's fine, at least you aren't piggybacking off of bad jokes and turning it into some homoerotic display, for that I commend you. Banda's display of emotion is more motivational than instructional I would say, and it is his method of choice. I haven't seen video of any other coaches other Diaz perhaps engaging in such histrionics; if that is how he chooses to handle his business good for him, but let's not pretend as though that is coaching 101.

On another note, chartrand and bargh may need to consider a study of behavioral mimicry on this board because it is actually quite pathetic the fan boy behavior that some engage in.

You're right. I have to do better.

I'm humbled by the astute football knowledge that you bring to this board. Every day I learn something new about the SEC from your posts.

Keep up the good work, champ.

Love it

A complete 180 from the neutered coaching staff under Folden

Ran into Banda one night in the Grove...dude is intense

I can see why the players are partial to him
