Saban looks like an angry old man getting upset at kids in his lawn every time any little thing goes wrong. His temper and general assholeness is getting old. He has really talented class and maybe the only thing holding it together is money. If the assistance aren’t right that ship can go very astray. If kids start requesting transfers it’s a sign of things going way wrong.

I don't see them losing much of a step but the more a narrative is pounded that guys get burnt out working for Saban it could trickle down to recruiting. Lets hope.

Are they losing financial assistance? Or assistants from the coaching staff?

Losing staff members has not hurt them in the past. I don't see why it would hurt them now.

Saban coaches his coaches very hard. Those coaches, in turn, coach his players very hard. Saban has a standard. He doesn't care about friendships. He cares about results. Manny could learn a lot from Saban.

I know Saban is known to be able to turn water into wine when it comes to Assistant coaches, but if he really hires Rob Sale to be the new OL coach and that doesn't end in a catastrophe I'll be surprised.

I try to follow the intricacies of ANYTHING SEC related as little as possible but I'm told this was Sabag's weakest staff since he's been there. Now that means he could fix it and all is well in Tuscaloosy OR (hopefully) his hiring acumen is slipping as we sure as **** know he isn't limited in hiring resources.

IF this continues though and assistants end up being routinely scapegoated as the empire crumbles watch it also have a precipitous effect on who is even willing to work there.

The dominoes just need to start falling to unleash the glory that will be the end of this era of godforsaken Baga dominance.
