Sounds like the Adidas connection with UM is starting to implement the first steps in their strategy to highlight Miami / south florida prep talent in conjunction with the Adidas brand.

The university is also hosting The South Florida Shootout which is presented by Adidas.
 
Strong Arm won the tournament led by Buckshot Calvert and Steven Newbold from Carol City. They actaully had 2 teams Strong Arm "Left" and "Right". They both made it to the championship and decided to not play since they are all the same team.
 
Buckshot apparently generated a lot of buzz. He's the type of quarterback who goes to the MAC and leads the nation in passing.

Athletic, quick-thinking QB with an accurate arm.

He only has 1 offer which is from USF which is crazy considering hos talents.

He will get more offers. He hasn't played a game of his senior year yet. With him getting out on the camp circuit as well it should be no time with his talent. Also does anyone know if he attended the NFTC
