Awesome game given situation...now comes a real trap at UNC (Belichick/Petrino)

UNC looked horrible against TCU. I could not believe what I was watching. Their TE is decent and 1 can make some plays. But they were a bad team.

Then they played ND and people think it was close. That game was a blowout if not for some weird things that happened.

Then I watched them play Cuse and they looked so average. They looked like the same team i saw against TCU. Except now they have no fight in the middle of that DL. They were completely dominated by a RB with a guardian cap on. I thought they had some stud DT? Did he get hurt or something?

We have the primetime game at 7:30. The build-up for this game is going to be big, so I think the team will be prepared for it

No, I think you have comprehension issues…. All you did was lay down reasons for it to be a trap game. That’s all you did. And crappy ones at that….

He is referencing an argument/disagreement we had several weeks ago regarding Cantwell playing G or T, as if it had anything to do with this thread.

You wanna laugh at something? Try this. My original comment on this thread (involving you both) was actually in defense of what he wrote (listing the Halloween trap stuff). Somehow he got that twisted and came back at me. Two morals to the story:

1. I should probably let people fight on their own and sit out.
2. Written communication, especially when informal, lacks tone and texture. Oftentimes the message gets lost as a result.

Exactly! I’ve already learned that lesson before. But to be fair I don’t think it was a fight. Instead a dialogue. That apparently was misunderstood .
