Surprised no line movement with that report on the Stanford o-line

There was line movement through a key number, 24.

We were 23 or 23.5, now it's 24.5. Honestly though, gameday movement really tells more of a story. Let's see what the line does Friday afternoon.

How strict are the rules with those ACC injury reports? Meaning, if we have someone that we know is likely not able to play, can we list them as Probable (75% chance of playing) to force the opponent to extra prep? Or vice versa, can we list someone as "doubtful" but then they end up playing?

Fans don’t know how important strength & conditioning/ sports science staffs are
Stanford is a far cry right now from the Shannon Turley days and whatever he did to get blackballed from S&C

Yeah I seem to recall Mario doing this a bit last year, like today is the first report, then I think another one or maybe even two more come out and new names will pop up

It'll still be a dogfight in the first half. They've played a game and knocked the webs out already.
I just don't see it. Yeah they played a game. We just played in the national championship and came up short. Cristobal is on everyones asses about show up or get beat out. Cristobal isn't gonna make the same mistakes we made vs. cal. Our boys are going to be prepared, insanely fired up, and will put this away in the first quarter.

I was able to dig up Stanford's post-spring depth chart. Here's what they thought they were gonna have coming out of the spring:

LT - Niki Prongos - Listed as Questionable on the injury report, he did not play against Hawaii
LG - Nick Fattig - Listed as OUT on the injury report, he did not play against Hawaii
C - Fisher Anderson - He was the C coming out of spring but played RT in Game 1. Aidan Kilstrom played C, Anderson replaced him after injury.
RG - Simione Pale - Listed as Questionable on the injury report, he did not play against Hawaii
RT - Khalil House - I believe he started and is OK, but he played LT in Prongos' absence.

In other words....holy mother of ****. They are in shambles.

Of the 5 starters on their post-spring depth chart, 1 is for sure out, 2 more are questionable but didn't play against Hawaii so they're not healthy, and 1 of them was beaten out....by a kid who was carted off.

Ourlads usually does a decent job, their current depth chart has:

LT - Khalil House -- Was the starting RT, had to move to LT to replace Prongos
LG - Ziron Brown -- 3rd year kid who hasn't played much
C - They still have Kilstrom listed but he's out, Anderson will play here
RG - Josh Williams -- Played a bit for them last year, true Sophomore
RT - Hayden Gunter -- Zero experience

If Prongos and Pale still can't go, to join Kilstrom and Fattig who are definitely out, they might not cross the 50 yard line. Not sure I've seen an OL this decimated on September 2nd.

Scott & Moten gonna be pushing into the QB's lap all night.

I think I have PTSD from Louisville last year but wasn't their OL banged up and Miami couldn't generate **** because they got the ball out quick.

Idk if this has to do with anything including the beginning of games but within the last 10 years, if you just bet the teams that didn't play in Week 0 vs the teams that did, you would've been profitable. Cause there's already a whole game of film on Stanford.

There's no better way to ease into a game than hitting Stanford for two TDs on the first two drives and going up 14-0. And I think that's what will happen.
I mean, that's me. Maybe I'm a prisoner of the playoff situation where teams with bye weeks have like one victory and gotten smashed otherwise.
