Yeah I will never deliberately click on that pootas show. He tried to destroy the university. Like literally. That will never be forgiven, dont care who he has on his show or how much he rehabs his image with the fans. Blaming people for his criminality and consequences.

I’d guess we get a portal qb and they see how nickel and Coleman do for the following year.

If he wants to come back up/compete with another transfer who’s better than him, come on down. But this kid can’t be handed the starting job.

Like I’ve been saying I’d be all about portal haul of Sorsby + Simmons with Emory departing.

Then next yr open Comp between Simmons, Nickel, Coleman.
 
Idk how I’d feel about this. Ole Miss and Lane apparently loved him. Gave him the starting job after Dart instead aiming for a higher profile portal guy. There was talk that he could be a future first round guy.

Had a combo of poor play in limited action and injuries tho and then lost the job to Chambliss who was lighting it up.

He could come here and be one of the top QBs in the country or he could be the guy had a TD:int ratio of 4:5 this year which is bad. I’d feel better about bringing him into compete if I felt like Emory or Nickel could be capable starters as well.

I’d be SURPRISED if Miami wasn’t already FAR along in their negotiations with their choice already.
Unless you are the elite of the elite, you don’t say “xxxxx is a possible destination”. That suggests they might not understand how this portal game is working this year. Either that or MIAMI doesn’t… I’m going with option A, for now.
