It don’t even matter if it’s the worst FSU team, that game is always close and has been for the last 5 games regardless of where each program were at even when FSU had Winston it was close

the only games that weren't close was randys final **** show, jameis title year, and canes title year. everything else been a back and forth close game
 
Let's do the math here..

"defense wins championships" + Miami has an elite defense = yeah but the QB..

Dan Enos ("Look what Dan Enos did with Jalen Hurts") + Martell (56 overall player), Williams (77), Perry (199) = Miami will not have an offense and they can't punt when that offense stalls..

New special teams coach + #1 juco punter = too many questions on this team & an 8-4 season

Its always bugged me how these writer's opinions are taken as fact. How many teams do they actually follow outside of the teams inside their media market? U can't tell me they've followed every team in power 5, much less all 130 teams in the fbs. They're checking 247 player rankings when looking at rosters, just like the average fan. They do not know which players are starting (I'd bet at least one still thinks Kennedy is our LT), they don't know which players have stepped up, and outside of a few teams, they don't know which coaches have come and gone.
They don't know who they'll lose to, but "Miami will lose a game they shouldn't". U mean to tell me a college football team will lose a game they shouldn't? Wow.. I'm stunned. What a joke.

I understand. It is what is is. It’s just not very exciting. As a fan, I want something that gets me excited on game day. Can’t be that way every week - but ****.

They should have a good defense. A lot of talent on that side of the ball. Really they look a lot like us. We have the better linebackers but out side of that I would say it’s about even. They may have the edge at RBs

Manny is paying Enos a million plus for a reason and it’s not to be average on offense. No way the standards haven’t risen significantly. Coaching upgrade on the offensive side is huge in my opinion. Should be fun to watch.

Richt and his putrid offense (and staff) are gone. I’m not trying to be a full-on homer I do not see us losing zero games unless it’s clemson in the title game.

That duke loss should of never happened, we’re not losing to Va, V-tech, Pitt, FSWhooo or the Florida Iguanas. I believe in manny and enos to get us right and back on track to winning games consistently and upsetting the haters.:neonu:

I assume you are upset with the “bogus” predictions of them having us win MORE games than Vegas has us at b/c history shows we will more likely be under? Yes we lost a proven big time head coach and replaced him with a huge question mark but I think we have a chance to win 9 games next year with our schedule.

Started reading their 130 dbs rankings until I realized they spent about 5 minutes of research on every team
 
Not stressing Athlons nor their prediction for our W/L record for the 2019 season. We’ve provided them all the ammo for the past 15yrs, it’s all on Manny and Enos to rewrite our history and that starts with a successful season to get the ball rolling in the direction we all would love to see the program heading. Call this a warning shot because after this plentiful season, we aren’t sneaking up on anybody.

I agree 100%

Miami FSU is ALWAYS an all out war.

You fall asleep at the wheel assuming its a gimme ( No matter the teams records) at your own risk.

We should win but short week on Friday after playing vetch and they have off before they play us. Bad things can happen with those events
