I don’t know if this means anything, but wouldn’t that announcement normally come from @canesallaccess, in other words, Flake.

Maybe I’m wrong, but those are athletic department positions, I’ve rarely seen the hurricane club Twitter account make hiring/employment/promotion announcements.

Don’t wanna make a mountain out of a mole hill, but was just bouncing that around in the empty recesses of my skull.

I guarantee you their responsibilities are mostly geared towards fundraising. Athletic departments don’t run without funds from boosters.

Yeah no, look at their titles, they're in the athletic department.

Also, the hurricane club is part of the athletic department.

Parker and Matt (who came from UCF), are all on the fundraising side. Matt is replacing Fonzi (Restrepo) I think. Both are actually nice kids. Matt played college ball at some small school. Sat with Duasso and me for part of the NC St game. I doubt this has anything to do with Blake, and they won’t talk. I’ve tried.

There actually are some very capable and smart people in our athletic department....just not at the top. Hopefully the new AD will be able to separate the cream from the smegma.
