At some point I hope Tate gets a shot at QB...

Urban didn't, he's got just a little bit more cred than Day.
Yeah, beat out in Urbie's last year and essentially shown the door after the season. Not trashing the kid & kudos to his schoolboy success. Just don't portray him as balling at Ohio State.

I said he ran Urban's offense like a machine. You want argue back up time, competition, etc go ahead but that doesn't change the fact that he ran that offense like a champ and it shows what he can do in the right system. Which is exactly what we should be running regardless.

Right, we have nothing to lose and everything to

Our problem is Enos appears to be a lot like Richt ("I've been running these plays for 30......") in that he won't change unless he's forced to.

Wrong.

When Tate was in, OSU was playing back ups and the pocket was breaking down and he made things happen.

It’s quite disturbing how some of you all over hype this kid.Y’all say that Jarren dinks and dunks, but with the exception of literally one pass that is all Martell did. He has good speed but nothing amazing like Vick or College VYoung. He still needs a strong line. If Tate wants to play he needs to out play the other two in practice. I don’t want to hear anything about being a “gamer.” We always talk about not being entitled, he needs to step up in practice.

I agree Jarren is a way better arm talent. The problem is the pocket collapsing and Jarren needing to recognize it early enough to make something happen, which he hasn't done.

Tate has better pocket awareness and escapability.

We're 4-4, give him a chance.

And there's so much more to being a QB than arm talent.
