Honest question, is there a football coach where it's "easy" to work for someone?

Virtually every coaching career I've extensively followed has had assistants working far beyond regular measures. It's to the point where Vrabel told his assistants to get home to spend time with their wife and kids and that becoming headlines for it being something extraordinary.

this. this isnt new news. hes a pain in the ***, but as weve said, if you win, you put up with it. if not, youre just an ******* loser. currently, hes an ******* loser.

should be teams have enough tape out and know every tendency and youre unwilling to adjust
 
also, heres the thing - hard work and grind works in old school recruiting. it doesnt work out so much to make up for a lack of intellect on the x and o side. it appears we dont scheme or gameplan to an opponent ala brohm against us on ways to exploit the defense and stop our offense.

now, recruiting doesnt matter as much, the money does.

except in recruiting that doesnt matter anymore. money does. everyone gets talent as long as you pay up.

focus more on changing your philosophy
