Hasn't even been 24 hrs. Manny might want to see if he can get someone locked in before firing the current staff. There are some douches who agree to coach at one school then leave before the ink is dry for another job. Dont want to be left scrambling for dregs after everyone is gone.

Seriously. I have interacted with him on Twitter a few times when he first came here. He calls God “Yah” which is short for Yahweh (means “I AM).

I have seen the YAH thing in reference to god from him. Some people will just about believe anything if it brings purpose to their life.

This is the part that “fans” fail to realize. These coaches recruited these kids to the school and parents dropped their kids off to these coaches. It’s sucks man (from the personal aspect of it).

Well the bar around here is pretty low. We’ve had several coaches in a row who refuse to fire anyone

There is only one boss and its Manny. If you let the OC build his own staff and he leaves than what? Your stuck with a bunch of guys that aren't your guys.

If he leaves you hire another OC, and if he can't work with the guys on the staff they go too. It isn't that hard. Don't force your coordinators to work with guys they don't want. You have a conversation about who is on staff and if a working relationship is viable.
