Easy. Terminate lil Richt, Searles, Brown (a real ***boy, BTW), demote Dugans to WR coach only by removing his co-OC title, and remove Heartly from special teams duty. Hire Bob Schoop as DC, Bendenbaugh as OC/OL coach, Ken Dorsey as QB coach, and Eddie Gran as RB coach/assistant heach coach. Do this, and Manny has my full cooperation.
