I would separate guys who have done well in other places where Richt didn't hire them from guys like Brown, young Richt and Searels who is just not impressive at his job. Richt didn't make the career of Dugans. Hartley might just be positioned as a recruiter. We don't even know if the new OC wants to use TEs. He could fire Hartley when he gets the job
