Williams needs to play. It's the Pinstripe bowl for ***** sake, not the Rose Bowl. This season is already a pile of crap, winning or losing the Pinstripe Bowl doesn't matter. Getting Williams reps for next year is most useful at this point.

IMO you let Malik start and work Jarren in every other series until a hot hand emerges. That way you avoid a potential Perry vs UVA situation, where the young kid gets yanked and his confidence is affected. But Jarren must play, with or without an available Perry.
