Too many good CB prospects in this year's draft for Burns to go in the 1st round.
He's got great size and he's physical but he's not the burner that people make him out to be. If he was we would've seen some "burner" forty times from him. We hand-time our players and he's still never put up anything that would be considered "burning". He's a low 4.5 runner IMO and that's perfectly fine for a CB his size. His issue is gonna be quickness. It's rare to see CB's his size that have quick feet and can move well laterally.
I don't see him as a well-rounded "do it all" Corner, I see him as somebody who can excel in a certain scheme. He's not gonna be able to play press/man in the slot or on smaller/quicker WR's. He'll do really well against bigger WR's on the outside IMO.
