Personnel is an admin job, ie, desk jockey. Raiders refers to the Marine Raider Regiment, ie Marine Corps Special operations, ie badass mother ****ers.

Nah, just trying to rustle some jimmies among my fellow vets. Love this game, it's a great tradition. I was embedded with an Army unit for 5 years so I have a soft spot for those poor ********.

Looking forward to a great game and all the Gattis jokes as we watch two triple-option teams duke it out.
