Are we too confident or entitled about the FSU game?

Defense is key. Make FSU one dimensional & this can get ugly quick. Would like us to use striker to spy Frenchie all game. Let front 4 do their thing. Less safety blitzes, bring pressure when needed. Quick start by D & let Kosi get comfortable. Need to tackle better.

Richt better not get conservative If we get a lead in the game. That’s the key really. I mean We saw what just happened with Louisville

Agreed but I also think Richt knows we need style points after dropping game 1.

We have a lot going for us even though we lost game 1. We lost game 1 with many self inflicted errors and we have a new QB. That will definitely be part of the discussion for our cause if we can get to the ACCG and upset Clemson.
New QB and winning margins will be very important if we want to get to the final 4.

"What has Miami done??? We're playing against the Bama of the ACC, did you see how great they looked vs SAMFORD?!?!? We'll be lucky if we even score more than 6 points against these Behemoths! God help us!!! Board up the windows & doors, The Noles are coming!!!!"

Well I bet my FSU friend that Miami would win by 30.... so i would say no we are not too confident.

You can't consistently win football games with a bad OL. Might be some schemes that can hide deficiencies against teams with average defenses, but against an elite defense you are dead. Can't call plays when defensive linemen are in the backfield half a second after the snap. FSU's skill players can all be locked in for the rivalry game, but I don't think maximum effort is going to fix FSUs problems on the OL. They are just bad. Miami can still shoot itself in the foot by bad tackling or putting Knowles on the field and blowing coverages. Fsu's only real chance is if Miami plays sloppy. I don't see that happening at home.
