Are we ready to admit Rooster has been a letdown?

Terrible to say about this young man, but Knighton provides little value than roster slot filler. He's 100% JAG and has a huge fumbling problem.

The team can only trust him to cough up the ball consistently and nothing else.

Statistically, Knighton is one of the least effective running backs in modern UM history. Nobody else has been given as many carries while averaging under 4.0 ypc. I understand that he’s played behind weak lines but so has every other UM running back the last three years and they’ve all put up better numbers. He’s had 240 career carries. At this point, he is what he is. A fast guy who’s not the slightest bit elusive with poor vision. He’s a solid pass protector for a smaller back and has shown the ability to make plays in the passing game but he should never have been more than a third down back and that was before he started fumbling every week.

This kid is a Good back but not the greatest. How do Tvd go from being a Heisman hopeful to trash and rooster breaking off 50 plus yard's in the passing game and some hundred yard rushing game's. Easy answer.... Trash *** Big 10 offensive coordinator and a horrible game day head coach. I've Never thought I would not be a die hard Cane's fan but my patience is running out . If CMC don't dump Gattis and Steele in the off season I'm probably gone as a Cane's fan. FSU is going to destroy us !

Knighton needs to be super glued and duct taped to the bench for the rest of the year, I’d play the walk ons over him at this point with how much he’s hurt the team.
