And the portal/transfers? We could have big upgrade and influx of talent in the portal and this high school class.

Pickett? Anybody else at lsu on the current roster we finished 2nd for? A couple of current commits we finished 2nd for?

UF? A player or 2? A commit or 2?

It’s going to be interesting how this shakes out but having our NIL and coaching stability and we could possibly take serious advantage of the current state of college football.

Thoughts?

We will have holes to fill with a strong NIL budget in a year where there isn’t a lot of stability with many of the large programs.

Most likely not. Splash hires usually generate their own kind of recruiting buzz.

I don’t disagree but I could see a Pickett come back or a flip commit or 2. These guys also sometimes bring their own guys with them at certain positions so there could be a domino effect. I could see 3-5 players we get as a direct result thru the portal or flips because of the fallout

With the amount that we have committed to current CB's that are coming back (Lucas, O'Connor, OJ, Jaboree) along with a big incoming class I can't imagine there being a lot of budget left over for Pickett. Would be a great problem to have though.

looking at lsu list i dont see much we would have movement with maybe the dend from pensacola but he never was high on us and we are in on a bunch of other high des.

pickett aint coming here we were like third or fourth in that recruitment and we already budgeted at cb and he isnt a safety
