He won't be the only one, expect the same with McCord. How he's been misused by this charlatan is criminal. Chad Thomas is heading down the same path.

he may be quality, but what body of work are you basing this opinion from? He apparently got beat out by a better player, and he really hasn't shown much when he has been in games. All the hype seems to be coming from a high school all star game, and that he has beefed up some from last year. Maybe this kid turns out all world. As of now he has only shown the propensity to get himself into trouble.
 
11 p.m.: UM suspension; update:

### UM has suspended defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad for Saturday's opener against Bethune Cookman for a violation of team rules (not believed to be drug-related). The suspension, which I confirmed and was originally reported by Peter Ariz, will be for only one game unless AQM does something else wrong before the second game, according to a person briefed on the situation.

Muhammad was a four-star recruit and rated the No. 3 defensive end in the 2013 class by rivals.com. But he had only eight tackles as a freshman and was suspended from school in the fall of 2014 after punching a former student in the nose in the Sun Life Stadium parking lot following the team's spring game. Muhammad's gruff personality has rubbed some the wrong way, but UM coaches like him and would like to make it work with him.

Muhammad's failure to win a starting job is unrelated to his suspension, I'm told. Trent Harris simply beat him out in camp. Barry Jackson

McCord simply ain't as nice as some of yall seem to think he is.

He's not the same level of athlete that Chad, AQM, and Owens are and his technique is non-existent (obviously an instruction issue). He's fast once he gets going, but edge rushing is about explosion on the first step and I've never seen him be able to consistently challenge a tackles high side foot. AQM has that burst so that it always seems like the opposing lineman is playing catch up.

Did Ped State ask for permission to talk to Fraulden, or vice-versa? Isn't that a standard requirement in most contracts of this type, when looking for a parallel job?

As I recall, the Fraudster disappeared for a few days. Then returned with his tail between his legs. If it was all permissible, why did he have to sneak it?

I'm not a lawyer, so I'm just asking.

Where does the truth really lie? Is disclosure ("I'm told") that Trent Harris beat out AQM a ruse to deflect suspension affect? Or has AQM shown clearly that he is not better than Trent Harris. Or simply put, Trent Harris had the job withAQM suspended but with AQM newly around, AQM did not dislodge him.

I think the presence of buyouts negates the need to ask permission. Kinda like how Texas most certainly was talking to Lil Nicky's agent and/or wife. Alabamy would never formally allow that if permission was required.

I don't like the pattern Golden takes with the suspensions. Make it clear, that a player is suspended early, there is no need to beat around the bush like he is doing it.

But!!!! To the people living in Butch Davis god mode: Either you are to young or forgot that Butch Davis was a hard disciplinarian himself. I remember that he suspended Tremain Mack (one of if not the best player on the team) one week before the F$U game in 96, a game we lost btw.

The truth is he was suspended a year for punching his roomate. Muhammads suspensions are a constant distraction from the 84 other kids who have no problem staying eligible. Muhammad clearly doesn't deserve to be treated like a man yet because he's still making childish mistakes. Muhammad is accepting his actions. Golden put him in the corner and told him to stfu basically...you know...like you do with children.

You can't compare college football from 15 years ago. Social media and beat reporters leak everything and it makes schools look bad. I 100% agree with the fact most locker room quarrels are good for a football team but college football is a business now more than ever and they can't have this **** in the press it's as simple as that. And Quan didn't get in a locker room quarrel he punched a fellow student. Completely different.

Tremain Mack had like 8 DUIs and was arrested. AQM has never been arrested in his life.

So why take valuable reps from him by having him play scout QB AND then suspending him for the first game?
