App state vs TAMU

Compare college football to international soccer is apples to oranges. Soccer is the number 1 sport in world, and the most popular sport in most countries not named united states.
What does College Football compete with on a Saturday afternoon / evening?

Football is absolutely the most popular sport in the United States.

We were sluggish as **** the first half, but a lot of good teams are sleep walking this week.

ND is about to lose to Marshall. Bama didn't look vintage at all. And ATM is in a dogfight with App State - at home.

Next week's game is 100% winnable. Rest assured, they will be ready for us no matter what, but absolutely no reason we should show up in College Station and bend over. Very winnable game.

There's quite a lot to do in London and Manchester too, but those teams seem to sell out every week.

At the end of the day you just have to accept that there's a small hardcore of Miami fans and a lot of fair weather ones. It it what it is. Being a private school doesn't help with that either.
The quotes should have indicated that I was making fun of that mindset. People claim to be Miami fans but don't show up unless it's an event.

Anyone getting giddy about 8&4, after watching US today, is lost. They need work like we need work.

I don't think next week will be a cake walk, not matter what happens today for 8&4 against app st

I really expected app state to wilt a little in the second half given the heat but this is impressive

We’re more talented than App State! We are not nearly as fundamental, disciplined or hard working as App State and our culture “so far” isn’t as good as theirs either. So just because they can run the ball doesn’t mean we will. Guarantee that!
They sure were discipline defensively against UNC...lol.
