do you know how the attendance is at everyone of those teams games? they're horrific. dolphins games are the most attended historically and they're middling now w the lack of success. The heat draw the best but its still decent for butts in seats for reg season games and thats after the success they've had. this is an event town. the fans will show up when it is a big event.

What else is there to do in College Station? Lol. Miami also is a private school with less students than most Texas high schools. Miami fans are comprised of the city with very few of them being students or alum. It’s opposite for most schools. But when they play night big games… they’ll be alright.

its about 35-40 diehards with the rest coming in as casual fans. this debate is so dumb. its like history hasn't proven itself to you to know what miami is in terms of attendance. stop focusing and blaming fans. it wont change.

Heat have had a Top seven attendance percentage since 2010, top five the last 5-6 years. It's possible, just need to win.

I go by butts in seat. the heat sell out but every team counts attendance differently. the canes used to do tickets sold. marlins did tickets sold not turnstiles. the heat eventually fill out in the second quarter but its not 100% like the numbers say it is lol. we've had 40 years or so of canes attendance history to show what this fanbase is.

Looking for a silver lining - it might actually be for the best that UM didn't look stellar today. Players know it and coaches know it. If UM had blown the doors off So Miss and had back to back dominating performances, its easy to see how the players would get big heads before the TAMU game.

The Heat have sold out every game for over a decade. The problem is, the people who own the really expensive seats on the sidelines often don’t bother showing up. The seats are sold but those millionaires can’t be bothered with going to every game
 
Both us and A&M rolled out of bed and slept walked through the 1H. Their fans are probably saying the same things as we did today.

I don't think we should get steam rolled next week. I don't expect it. We both don't look as good as advertised.

Honestly i'm more shocked out how **** their offense looks against an atrocious defensive unit. At least Southern Miss had like 4+ ex-SEC guys via the portal on defense; there was a world we struggled.

App St is dookie on D.

I know. I said they sold out but butts in seats is what people are complaining about w the canes. thats what matters.
 
We’re more talented than App State! We are not nearly as fundamental, disciplined or hard working as App State and our culture “so far” isn’t as good as theirs either. So just because they can run the ball doesn’t mean we will. Guarantee that!
