Anyone else unimpressed with the Clemson offense?

Best team we've played since they played 2015 Clemson team.

Might be a tougher game than the first round of the playoff too.

Far and away the best coached team we'll see all year outside of a possible Alabama playoff game.

They're not the DeShaun Watson Clemson, but they're exceptionally good and they'll have a pretty big home field advantage in North Carolina.

Absolutely not a team to even remotely think of taking lightly.

We match up pretty well against CU, definitely a game we can win. But it will be back alley brawl til the end. The OL will have to play the game of their lives. If we handle their dline, then there is nobody else in playoffs who we can't beat.

I don't think it's a matter of being overconfident versus Clemson. I just think our defense matches up well against their offense. How our offense does against their defense is a different matter. I don't see a lot of points.

I don't like Clemson, and I definitely think we can and will beat them. But don't be overconfident or get it twisted. If VT is a Mustang, Clemson is a Ferrari. Similar teams, similar styles, but Clemson has WAY better players, and WAY better coaches. Please don't make me say good things about that fa99ot program again.

If you’re worried about cold weather then Pitt should be a treat. Suppose to get 6 inches of snow & it’s in the 20’s up here. I’m scared ****less of that game.

Pitt is horrible. No amount of snow will matter. Now we might not win by 40 like we should but we still will win by 20.

This is all true. I think this will be tougher than any game we play in the playoffs as Clemson is the only team we athletes like us.

Ive never been impressed with their offense they've just had great qbs like Watson. It's just a 1 read rpo.... it's weak, if the qb doesnt hand it off, he's looking at only 1 predetermined receiver he's going to throw it to, or run. **** is easy and Clemson is going to he destroyed in a couple of weeks.

Their defense is their dline only... Cbs are overrated, linebackers are weak, safeties trash. They won't be able to stop the multiple formations we use on offense and our defense is going to dominate and crush Kelly Bryant.

For all the crazy defensive formations and alignments, like Amari Carter lined up at NG, to spy the QB, there were no major busts the last two weeks. I think the kids have seen what happens when they're focused and play their assignments the way they've been coached. Diaz is going to confuse the **** out of some QB's the next few weeks.

I am targeting their DB's currently. They've got several players out and had a WR playing there the last couple weeks. Wonder when those players come back?

Agreed, and just like us, it all starts with the defense. I don't want to say their front 7 is as good as ours, but they are every bit good enough to give us a dose of what we've been dishing out.

Agreed, and just like us, it all starts with the defense. I don't want to say their front 7 is as good as ours, but they are every bit good enough to give us a dose of what we've been dishing out.

They've got three guys who will be first round picks on the DL this year. It's elite.

8th in yards per game, 6th in tackles for loss, 1st in sacks, 7th in rush yards per attempt, 16th in yards per pass attempt.

Best defense we'll see outside of Alabama.

Clemson is similar to Notre Dame. Mobile quarterback that can throw a lil bit with an above average defense. Clemson is a better version of Notre Dame and just like Notre Dame, they will get stomped by Miami....bet.

If Clemson's defense is healthy (Lawrence, Joseph, Fields) then we'll have a tough time moving the ball, similar to when we played FSU.

They are closer to those teams talent wise than Miami... better than those two but still will get dominated on Dec.2
