Anyone else think no coaching changes will be made?

He's not throwing players under the bus, he's pointing out clear, noticable issues with many of the current players. Even the sportscasters and analysts during the games have made comments about how some of the players look disinterested and passionless. Even other players on the team, like Kinchens and Ivey (who has skill limitations but has never shown issues with heart and effort) have made comments related to the need to work, commit, and put in the effort or get out.
Our talent is not great but it is better than the leaders of this program have shown

We got blown out by duke, fsu, pitt, and MTSU

We’re more talented than any of those programs according to every recruiting service and anyone with a brain before the season started.

Yes he needs to re make the roster but it’s a leaders job to lead and manny Diaz got way more out of those untalented players than Mario did this year

He’lol turn it around, but don’t kid yourself thinking all of a sudden we’re a group of 5 talented team

I am leaning toward no changes. I feel like Mario is quietly blaming the players and, unless someone voluntarily leaves, the staff will stay together for 1 more year before any shakeup. I don't believe anyone within the admin or AD is putting pressure on Mario to fire someone.

This is no inside take it is simply my gut feeling. Fans think otherwise but I am not so quick to do so....
Your gut feeling is more than likely some bad Taco Bell you ate because there is no chance this staff stays as is

Uhhh...I didn't.

I'm sure you can find a guy, though.

Yes, Diaz got more out of his players who liked his easygoing, no accountability, its ok to have fun, dance, and party on the sideline while losing mentality. Those players have no interest in suddenly being told they cant do that anymore, and it showed in their lack of interest in playing for Mario. They are the reason Kinchens and Ivey even felt a need to make those comments.

Sounds like that didn't affect TVD's decision to come back. If his recruiting has taught you anything, what is/isn't being said to the public isn't the same as what's going on behind the scenes
I think perhaps a little healthy reality re: TVD.

His draft stock cratered from G1 to G12, its in his interest to stay somewhere another year.

He either looked at his trnsfer options and decided Miami is the place to stay (for whatever reason) or he never looked and just decided to stay.

Reagrdless, he's staying because he isn't going to go high enough in NFL draft this year.

I’m feeling the same way. But wouldn’t say blaming the players. But they moving like no changing coming. If so will have announce by now DEC 5 few days away

Pride and Stubbornness or not, you don't keep a staff together after what they just put out on the field. There is no shot in **** that there is not a shakeup, specifically on the offensive side of the ball.
