Any update on jojo

When you have freshman like Malachi and Moore and transfers like CJ, Johnson, and Marion, then WRs on the roster can't afford to slack off in any way. Off the field or on the field. I'm not sure what's going on but it's not a good look for JoJo that there are 2 freshman (one that's supposed to be a senior in high school) who came in and getting all this PT while our supposedly most talented player at the position isn't playing.

Not to mention how important chemistry with Beck is.

It’s no secret. He’s had maturity issues since he got here. Hopefully he puts it behind him bc we’re gonna need him this year
These kids see some players smoke a lot and succeed at a high level and think they can do the same. But I think it destroys some of their development
Most kids smoke. Gen Z smokes and consumes weed more than alcohol.

not going to pretend that him being out is a good thing

but we're completely fine and good enough to win a natty without him (assuming no crazy injury scares) daniels, Tony, Marion, johnson, etc. have all been sure handed to a high degree
Exactly why my heart dropped last night when daniels went down briefly. I think we def need Jojo because u never can be too sure w injuries

I like Jo Jo, but if Jo Jo doesn’t get healthy soon, it’s going to be difficult for him to get reps.

Malachi Toney and Joshua Moore are only going to get better and better. You can see over the course of the first three games that this current group is developing more chemistry and confidence with Beck and the coaches as the season goes along.

So why is he not on the sidelines during the games like the rest of the injured players?
No clue, but at this point in time, I have no expectations for him. Our wide receiver room is producing on the field, and if JoJo comes back and start showing the promise he has on the field, just the cherry on top for me.

Not that the whole #1 jersey lore should be treated as gospel. But why would he get #1 jersey if he has been a headcase since he’s gotten here. It goes against what Mario stated the purpose of the jersey number

Who said he has been a headcase? No one has said that.

The kid likely smoked weed or some dumb stuff that got him suspended. That’s maturity…not a headcase. Could be skipping class, curfew **** who knows

facts and the fact that he can't lock in and seize this opportunity says alot imo

I doubt he ever contributes In a Canes uniform.
I'm thinking the same something seems off. Now with other WRs especially Josh Moore emerging the are taking the spots and not looking back

Step back for a moment......the players are no longer "amateurs", they are getting paid, and 5 stars get paid a lot. There is little room anymore for immaturity (if thats the issue), especially past the first year. Look at Toney and Moore and how they handle business. That 5 star $ he is getting may/will go to someone else next year.
