Anybody that wouldn't want Frank Gore or Gabe Taylor can kick rocks...both are a bit limited athletically, but both have great instincts, intangibles, are hard workers, and are high character guys. These are the types of guys that you need as role players on championship teams...these are the MO Sikes, James Lewis, AL Marshall, Howard Clark, Quad Hill types.

Just looking at Jr’s production against P5 competition (2 games - Miami, Bama):

He’s rushed 16x for 17 yrds.

Even his games this year against better G5 teams have been underwhelming. 2.8 ypc against Tulane. 3.3 ypc against South Alabama. 3.5 against Coastal Carolina. 3.8 against Louisiana.

His numbers before the last two games of the season when he went for 199 against UL Monroe and 329 against Rice: 854 yards 4.7 yards per carry and 6 TDs.
