Spoke with some Auburn people. Apparently his head recruiter (Josh Aldridge) left to take East Carolina's DC job. And in terms of five star EDGEs, Auburn is prioritizing Pensacola's Trent Henderson (who is just as local as Jones).

So there is a window there. Auburn still wants him but they're vulnerable. We're treating him like our top EDGE and sending Jason Taylor. These are battles he's won every year.

I'd take him because like stated Trent Henderson is also a beast an i would see why auburn would be all over that recruitment.
