You dont think CTE is a thing?

You dont think CTE is a thing?
I think a lot of people use that that’s my opinion. It’s like Hernandez he offed himself cause he was famous making millions then was behind bars. It’s called depression of knowing what u had and you can’t adapt. It’s probably a thing but when they use it for excuses on my someone murdered someone I’m not taking that serious. But that just me

nah I dont think that is what he is saying, I think its more so now when ANY football player does some stupid ish CTE gets tossed around. Like now there is a diagnosis or excuse for EVERYTHING instead of people just taking responsibility. Not every fat person has a thyroid problem, some just eat like **** and dont exercise, not every football player that does something stupid has CTE, not every kid that wont pay attention in algebra has ADHD, not every murderer is "clinically insane" to avoid the death penalty. Very rarely do you see someone do something dumb or ****** and the "diagnosis" is simply they were a ****** human.

Pretty sure it's a HIPAA violation to record anything like that in the hospital. He can sue the hospital and the person who recorded it. $10,000 fine by the government for every instance.
Wasn’t it recorded by a private party? The HIPAA regulation only applies to ‘covered entities.’ The hospital, so long as it can show reasonable safeguards in place, would be clear of a private party’s recording/release of protected health information.

I’m not sure it was a private party, but no one tried to stop them recording him. I see the signs about not taking pictures in the hospital all the time, but it doesn’t look like they were too interested in enforcing the rule.

Yea that's fair, it just seemed dismissive of the whole concept.
