So list all his motives for not starting a freshmen by North Carolina.

I'll start.

They aren't better than Rosier. I can't think of another.

If he does he better let his nuts hang ASAP. It's hard being a canes fan in the state of Alabama. But there is so much difference right or wrong between Saban and Richt. Richt has to run the team and ride for them thru it all. The phantom catch LSU got killed us, them not challenging the fumble on Bandy's targeting, the whole LSU punting fiasco at the end of the half, and the blatant face mask on 4th down that would of extended the drive when there was still over 6 mins to go. Richt has to fight for his team or GTFO the way of players with enough passion to fight for their brothers

I am sure he wants to win. However, I am also sure he doesn't want to put in the effort to actually do what it takes to win.

He seems to me like he just don't have a lot of energy, does anyone else feel this way, as compared to other coaches. I know he's a low key guy but Damm, its like somebody needs to wake him up

He wants to win but he cares more that his players go to church and act like model citizens. It's the truth.

Bringing in a freshman is in part tanking on the season. We're probably not getting to Charlotte with a freshman.

Disagree. Rosier isn't bringing us anything a freshman couldn't, and he's making freshman mistakes. The rest of the team is the reason we make it to Charlotte if we do, it'll be despite the QB instead of because.

Most coaches i know would've donated way more than 1 million of their own money to an IPF am i right?

You sure proved me wrong. It takes so much effort to write out a check. Keep in mind he also stole about 150k for the past 3 years to pay for his son to do nothing but hangout at greentree. Paying 500k to your alma matter when you make 4.5 million a year is not that impressive.

He doesn't have the energy to change his O and get a real QB in there. Too much work. It's easier to go with the bozo that "knows the O" than to change it to something that works.

You're right he should leverage his AD every year for raise like Jimbo did, or he could cover up domestic violence, dozens of felonies and murder like Urban Meyer. Maybe he could work kids to death like DJ Durkin. Or put cameramen on top of the IPF during a lightning storm like Brian Kelly. Or he could lock concussed kids in closets like Mike Leach, or abandon the greatest college team ever to coach the worst NFL franchise ever like Butch. The least he could do is put 40% of the team in the Doghouse and fire half his staff every two years like Randy Shannon.

If he actually won big games he would have the right to leverage his AD for a raise. The AD should be decreasing his salary for his performance. He should cover for his players. That is what elite coaches do. JV Corches like Richt suspend kids for petty bull****. Again if Richt was able to actually win big games he would be able to leave for the NFL. Right now his only option to leave for would be a G5 team or a ****** P5 like Viriginia. I don't want him to act like the other Corches you named.

Starting a 5th year senior who can't hit open receivers and can't even get to his second progression is the definition of tanking a season. It also stunts the growth of the football program, which does even more damage long term.

Let's see your available list of available experienced coaches who have recently won big games and fit into miami. I'll wait.
