We will kick the tires here and there is interest on Wilson’s side. That doesn’t mean he’s a take yet, but keep your eyes on this one.
DVD has pace ties with him, he tried to push us to put on our board back when he was being recruited but we werent interested. Hopefully that change, mind you a couple people stopped recruiting him. (clemson comes to mind).

Im sure with covid19 he could get waiver easy too.. Dont know how those numbers work for space tho

At this rate, FIU just might be a contender.
2021 FIU Panthers football team
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 2021 FIU Panthers football team represented Florida International University (FIU) in the 2021 NCAA Division 1 FBS football season. The Panthers played their home games at Riccardo Silva Stadium in Miami, Florida, and competed in the East Division of Conference USA (C-USA). They were led by fourth-year head coach Butch Davis. They finished the season 15–0, 8–0 in C-USA play. FIU was ranked No. 1 in the final College Football Playoff rankings of the season, earning them a spot in the national semi-final game to be played at the Peach Bowl. They dominated third-ranked Alabama in that game, 54–17, to advance to the CFP Championship Game. There, they defeated the defending national champions Miami Hurricanes, 17–16 in triple overtime following a late pass interference call, to secure FIU's first claimed national title in school history, the fourth undefeated champion in the CFP era, and the third 15–0 season among any team in the modern era. Owing to the record 78 transfer-portal signees in the 2020 and 2021 seasons, the Panthers have been called by pundits the most unique team in college football history.

I think LCE was real big on Wilson.

I don’t particularly like taking kids that don’t go here initially that we recruited but our DB could use some help.

P.S. Florida kids are constantly making bad choices.

Mansell now saying Wilson was going to be behind Stevenson on the depth chart and Ringo working towards playing time. Says "wilson needed to be closer to home". Sounds like he wasn't discouraged from transferring. They were 3 guys over the 85 for fall as it stands. Pushed out a kid over the weekend - Marlin Dean. Wilson might be #2. Mansell says they are still 1 over as it stands today.
