I believe we can have a much improved line due to scheme and coaching. I pointed to Michigan as an example because they ran the ball without having elite players and we now have their OC. Using the NFL is the most common and non arbitrary way to judge a talent baseYeah but this is the case all the time. Everyone always talks about Wisconsin's great lines and they rarely have players drafted early. The NFL usually prefers linemen that can pass block over road graders because the NFL is a much more pass friendly league. Some guys are very talented for the college game but it doesn't translate to the pro game.
Its an opinion, feel free to pull receipts and call me on next year if we suck but I think they will hold their own.
