Another Alin Eduoard article on TOS

They gave him a hamburger with no cheese on sliced white bread at the BBQ. That was a sure sign they were shunning him.

I hope Alin stays on board, because I think IF Rosier sticks he may wind up being tried at different positions as well. At the end of the day, like the Tucker thread, these guys are athletes, and the coaches will put them where they will best fit the team. Their positions coming from HS change routinely, regardless of position. Edouard has talent, keep him.

D$ beat me to it, but Edourad isn't anywhere near the athlete Walter Tucker is. Tucker played multiple positions in high school and had success. Alin isn't physical enough for safety, too slow/bad hips for CB, not a good enough athlete or awareness for WR. The kid can play quarterback tho. I really like his potential there but right now there's next to no chance he ends up here.

I really don't think the personal bashing of him is justified. If every other commit talks to their position coach once or twice a week, why should Alin get bashed for not speaking with his future coaches?

There are kids that are so highly recruited that they can play the games but Alan isn't one of those. His best option was to accept, communicate as often as he could that he was firm and actively recruit other kids. Instead he started the I want to keep my options open stuff. In my view one of his options is not the U. They don't want him anymore but won't pull the commit because of public relations issues but they might anyhow if he doesn't move on.

If we were taking a QB to flip him to WR or DB, Edouard isn't the guy.

QB all the way, in the right system.

He's not going to be in this class UM decision. Pete, ask him when the last time he spoke to UM was.
