TAMU, UGA, UF, AUB and UCF mentioned, key Miami part:

"I want my mom to be involved during my recruitment," Jean told 247Sports via text. "I had a sit down with [his parents] and they wasn’t happy with my decision because I made a decision without them being there ... Miami is still my top school and my mom wants me to travel and see what other schools have to offer."

It should also be noted that some inside Jean's camp believe that the Hurricanes shouldn't be written off just yet and that there's a very good chance Jean is going to visit Miami again and possibly even this Sunday.

Prime example of why people should wait and see what the story is prior to making assumptions. These assumptions sometimes make what you say in haste look rather silly.

You know what receivers I want? Those we'll land. This staff will do its absolute best to get best available receivers they can. Some will get away that they have higher on their board, we aren't at an elite level yet and we'll be competing with elite level teams.

Will Jean get back here at a later date? Who knows, time will let us know. Some will also get away, in particular when a position is this loaded at one spot.

Ya'll have to remember, these aren't adults here. These are 17-18 year old kids with the world being thrown at them right now. Being unsure and indecisive at this stage is kind of a pre-req. If the allure of UM, Miami and putting on for the crib it's enough for a kid from MNW to stay home then so be it. He's making one of the most important decision of his life. I'm not going to **** on a 17yo kid because he doesn't have it all figured out yet. And stop with the madness, I hate when a kid decommits its "well he wasn't that good anyway". He's a good receiver that runs advanced routes for his age. Maybe we get him, maybe we don't. I have faith in Mario & Co. that we'll bring in quality talent this cycle. Either way, we'll be good. Looking back from now the kids that didn't stick will look back and regret they didn't hop on when the U was on its way back up. Finally, yall know what it is...How many kids play themselves decommitting from us? You've seen how that went. Just buckle up and enjoy the ride.

Sounds like the parents reminded Mr Jean that he needs to go on the SEC money grab tour before he commits. If we want him I'm sure we can have him but you gotta let him go and collect that under the table visit cash that you know is still getting dealt.

If a school offers him a semi-lucrative NIL deal then let him go. Every recruit doesn’t deserve an NIL deal. You open the vault for the program-changing recruits. Everyone else needs to earn there stripes first.

I don't know how Miami's WR Board looks, but it's safe to say Innis, Brown, Hykeem and Robby are the top 4. Hard to believe we get all 4. The Edison kid maybe 5 but after that who knows and what OOS WR are options.
Bring me Innis and Robby at least bruh those dudes are scary. Innis is basically Odell a complete game changer that opens up the offense. U get him and Richard Young my goodness that's UM talent.
