Andrew Irvin class prediction 247

It was mentioned on another thread. But he thinks that Herbert and Dean end up in this class, which would mean flips from Michigan and Bama respectively. I think he also mentioned Slaton ending up here as well (which the haul of those 3 solidifies this class), but the latter's not committed anywhere and doesn't constitute a flip.

Missing on the WR and CB spots hurt, but the class is very solid outside of those positions.

RVA, I'm with you, but just imagine if by the grace he signs with Miami.... this place would be on lockdown... LMFAO!! Hey, one can dream.. or maybe it's a nightmare

I think ok at cb, id love to get Edwards back but dallas is a solid get for cb, and if get dean he helps right away. wr want more then Harley and njoku but better to get top end targets and not just settle to land 4 or 5 then to land the golden specials for the last 3 spots , at least this staff aims high and if fail don't just offer kids have no business being at Miami.

It was one thing to have hope in that long Jeudy thread. There was some movement and it was positive at the time. He just re-affirmed his commitment. Jeudy's not coming. Let it go and move on.

We had 3 major needs in recruiting, OL, WR, DB. If we close with the above:

OL- A, great haul
WR- C or D, missed out on all our top targets. Harley and Njoku are solid prospects. Pouncey was a panic offer after missing top targets
DB- C, missed on our top target, Dean brings a contributor day one, Bandy is a great nickel prospect. Missed on elite boundary CB talent and ballhawking S. Carter is the best of the S prospects but all seem to have the same skill set.

WR s a D minus. Inexcusable.

DB I say is a B. Fantastic Safety haul. Deejay, bandy, and Dean is a solid group. Yeah we missed on our targets, but none of the guys were bringing in are Plan B types.
