Unless he is broke, the only reason he should lace them up again is for a ring. Dude has nothing to prove, he isn't Jerry but is amongst the other greats to play the position if he doesn't play another down.

Dolphins could use him to mentor the younger guys...but thats why they brought in Greg Jennings last year...still wouldn't hurt to bring him home...as long as they don't ruin him. He's used to playing with a ****** QB anyways

i think he could still play but he should call it a day, i saw him play last year he cant seperate any more. our former canes are getting old I believe jon beason was released or retired and i expect antrelle rolle to be cut by the bears

personally i think he was grossly misused in Indy and the season didn't turn out the way it should. I think he has two more years in him at the number 3 spot. He's in phenomenal condition, and I think back to Tim Brown resurrecting his career when Jerry came on board. He changed up his game. I don't think any nickle receiver to stay w/ AJ even at this stage of his career. He should go to a team like Pats (although I hate their guts). He's not only a Cane but one of the good guys in the leauge. Like to see him, AT LEAST, compete for a ring b4 its all said and done.

Antrelle Rolle was one of the Bears best defenders last year until he got hurt why would they get rid of him?

he missed a bunch of games due to injury and he has physically eroded, he's not a guarantee to be cut but he will be fighting for a spot against younger guys in camp

I live in chicago and watch every bears game, he's not a top 15 safety any more, take off the orange and green shades bro. I saw him miss a gift interception against the vikings that would have sealed the game and a ton of tackles that he would've made in his prime, he's been in the league 10 years it happens to all of them eventually
He didn't look right last year. He's definitely lost a step, but it was more that he wasn't playing with any aggression. He wasn't fighting for balls and seemed very passive out there.
I'm sure a couple teams would still like to have him, but it looks to me like his heart isn't in it anymore.

AJ has had a wonderful career. But, there is no team that will be in the SB hunt that he could play for.....................time to become a TV face!
Alot of times we forget that alot of these guys have been in the league 10+ years because it seems like they were playing for the U just a few years ago. Time flies. Prob time for both of them to hang it up. They are young, hopefully they saved their money, and they both played **** good throughout their careers. No use in holding on.
