And who wanted Treon Harris here as Quaterback?

This board was up in arms about this kid not getting a shot at qb. People so quick to assume that all kids are amazing talents and the coaches fail them. Harris has no business playing quarterback

I'm guilty. Still a good kid to have on the team. He got his shot to play QB. Now Florida will get to turn him into a corner starting Spring.

He won't play QB at UF after this year. Felipe Frank's just flipped to UF from LSU.. No way Treon can beat him or Grier coming back.

I wanted him as an athlete.

I believe in offering kids at their preferred position and giving them a shot before moving them to their NFL position.

I think the big issue was that we could give him a shot at QB then when he got beat out moving him to what ever position.

I wanted the kid on the team as an ATH...always felt he should have went to Auburn...much better fit in that Offense

that florida offense is trash tho. They're basically running the same **** Muschamp was running. Everyone thought Brissett was garbage at first

Too many people believed he'd be an actual QB at the college level. It was kind of weird. Many referenced the "high level" of BTW's offense and Harris' command. Then, many pointed to his early PT at UF as proof. Kid is a DB; maybe a slot WR. He's wasting his own time.

Don't mind giving players a chance at whatever they prefer. It just seems to always work out this way. Good coaches help the players quickly realize it.

I think he could've been a QB at a MAC-type school with a favorable offense. The problem is he's playing in a pro-style offense in the SEC. He just doesn't have the size or passing ability to pull it off.
